We are conducting a research study about people’s thoughts regarding treatment for methamphetamine use. We are asking people like you to complete a voluntary survey to help us learn more about methamphetamine treatment. 

This study is intended to check how well the survey questions capture information about treatment. The survey includes 20 questions and should take about 15 minutes to complete. You can take the survey on a computer, tablet, or your phone. 

We will set up a quick phone call to see if you’re eligible to participate. If you are eligible and you complete the voluntary survey, you will receive a $50 Amazon gift card as a token of appreciation for your time.
